As the Staff Ecologist for the Desert of Maine, Deb has been studying this exceptional landscape for several years, and is delighted to share the magic of this place with our special group on the Summer Solstice. Deb will focus on features from her field guide: Ecology at the Edge: How Nature Heals. These include: Queen Oak, the Recovery Zone, the Magic of Moss, and much more!

This event is for any age or knowledge level (from aspiring naturalists to seasoned experts). Families are encouraged to bring their fathers and other loved ones for a great start to Father’s Day.
